Type 2 diabetes is the most common form of diabetes that happens to men after the age of 45, though this disease is now occurring in younger people nowadays. You will face with type 2 diabetes when your body will not be able to use insulin right (insulin resistance) and when there will be too much sugar in your body. • Secondly, just check it out if you have a parent, sister and brother in your family who is suffering from diabetes.
• Thirdly, just check if your cholesterol is normal or not or if your cholesterol is less than 50.
• Fourthly, if your family background is African American, American Indian, Asian American, Latino, or Pacific Islander because they also have an increased risk.
