These are the charges if the ticket is being cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the train’s departure timings.

The cancellation charges are nearly double the previous cancellation charges and time limits have also been changed to discourage bulk bookings by travel agents and touts who try to sell it in the black market for higher charges or just cancel them if there are no takers .
