Vodafone Online Bill Payment Options

  • ‘My Vodafone’ Online Bill Payment — The most widely used online bill payment service used by Vodafone customers is the ‘My Vodafone’ facility. Vodafone customers have the option of registering themselves for a ‘My Vodafone’ account and pay their bill with a click of the mouse.
  • Quick Bill Pay– In order to save their customers’ precious time Vodafone has introduced a new feature in its pattern of bill payment. The new ‘Quick Bill Pay’ feature added by Vodafone can save all the login hassles and password retrievals which the customers so often have to go through.

All that they have to do to avail of this service is to visit the official Vodafone website and type their 10 digit Vodafone Postpaid mobile connection number in the space provided in the ‘Quick Bill Pay’ section. After pushing the ‘Enter’ button, on the next page the customer will have to enter the exact amount to be paid in the space provided. Then he or she is required to select the choice of payment method i.e. whether he or she wants to make the payment through a Credit Card, Debit Card or through the Net Banking service. After selecting the appropriate options, the customer needs to click on ‘Pay now’ to proceed further. Upon clicking ‘Pay now’ the customer is securely redirected to his or her payment option where the authentication details of the Debit or Credit card such as Card number, expiry date, VBV/MSC password have to be filled in appropriately.

In the case of Net banking, the customer is expected to confirm his or her correct Customer ID and password to do the payment.  After properly completing this whole process the customer will get an online confirmation as a proof of the payment.

  • E-Bill — We all know that climate change and global warming is a huge problem in today’s world. Every 3000 sheets of paper cost us one tree. At this rate, it won’t be long before all the trees disappear completely from the face of earth. So Vodafone has taken the initiative to preserve the environment by providing the ‘E-Bill’ facility.

Registering for the E-Bill facility and getting your bills in your E-mail inbox instead of the regular hard copies will definitely go a long way in helping to save trees. In order to take advantage of this service the customers have to register themselves in the ‘Register for Vodafone E-bill’ section of the Vodafone official website

In order to register the customer has to fill up their Vodafone connection number, their first and last name, e-mail address and also answer a security question. After filling up the required details they have to click on the ‘Submit’ option which completes the process of registration. So join along in this noble endeavour to save trees and our planet.

  • Direct Debit—Vodafone customers also have the option of signing up for the direct debit service. In order to avail of this service customers have to register themselves on the ‘Vodafone Direct Debit’ section of the Vodafone official website.
